I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people heal from struggles with food and chronic dieting. My goal is to to listen, offer guidance and support, and help others adopt a big picture perspective on nutrition in order to create a confident, balanced relationship with food for a lifetime.
I’m a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian and Supervisor with over 18 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition. My work is aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES), I endorse a weight inclusive, anti-diet, intuitive eating approach, and incorporate elements of mindfulness and enjoyable movement into my practice.
There is always room for hope in the recovery process, in healing, and in striving towards being well.
